CORONA VIRUS UPDATE
Covid-19 Update 3rd April 2020
In these unprecedented times we at Smart Graphics sincerely hope that all our customers, their families friends and work colleagues are all safe and unaffected at this time.
There are two fronts on which we will need to fight Covid-19 in the coming months. Firstly, the clinical front and that includes all the extra measures that we have all put in place to ensure our safety, hand washing, social distancing and staying indoors. Secondly, is how we all get back to normality in our lives and in business when the situation begins to subside.
At Smart Graphics we have been an essential partner, working closely with our customers to deliver their brand or marketing message for over 25 years and I wanted to let our customers know that we are very much open for business, although it is fair to say it isn’t quite business as usual.
We are doing all that we can to ensure that you can still rely on us to assist you now for any graphical communication or vital legal lettering needs that you may have.
The Sales office and studio teams here at Smart Graphics are now all working from home and after some initial challenges the systems and procedures required are working fantastically and credit to the team for their dedication and desire to make this work.
Our production facility is currently working on an on-demand basis, the required amount of people in the factory to complete the work required. We can ramp the amount of production people up as we need to whilst always observing strict social distancing and work station cleaning.
To protect our remaining production staff internally and in accordance with Government guidelines, our attention will be to produce items that require minimal handling and are able to be produced in 1 person shifts or 1 person work stations.
Our fitting teams are available if absolutely needed but only in certain locations. Strict Isolation and distancing measures must be adhered to and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
We will strive to continue to offer similar levels of service on jobs however we would ask that you discuss with our Home Working sales team at the time of order, so we are fully aware of any urgent deadlines.
