Covid-19 Update 26 March 2020


With the business & social landscape changing daily regarding Covid-19 I sincerely hope that all our customers and all those close to them are safe and sound in this unprecedented situation we all find ourselves in.


At Smart Graphics we have been a vital part of the process, assisting our customers to deliver their brand or message for over 25 years and I wanted to highlight what we are doing to ensure that you can still rely on us to assist you now for any graphical communication or vital legal lettering needs that you may have.


The team here at Smart Graphics are doing everything we can to ensure we can respond to your urgent graphical needs. Our Internal and external sales team remain online and on the phone, Our studio team are also online at home and working and this has worked extremely well so far, all thanks to the teams efforts in pulling it all together.


Our most difficult challenge is in production, we simply can’t do that from home, and we have to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our production team. Team members with underlying health concerns were sent home last week, Team members who are reliant on Public transport have been told to stay at home.


To protect our remaining production staff internally and in accordance with Government guidelines, our attention will be to produce items that require minimal handling and are able to be produced in 1 person shifts.


Our fitting teams are available if absolutely needed but only in certain locations, however, strict Isolation and distancing measures must be adhered to and will be assessed on a case by case basis.


We will strive to continue to offer similar levels of service on jobs however we would ask that you Discuss with our Home Working sales team at the time of order, so we are fully aware of any urgent deadlines.
